Lake House Apartments

We just moved into Lake House a couple weeks ago and I have been beyond impressed. We had a couple minor maintenance issues with appliances, and within a couple hours of submitting a ticket through the app, maintenance was at my door ready to fix it. They also just had the halls completely repainted so they definitely keep up on the quality and maintenance of the building. Neighbors are quiet. You will occasionally hear dogs barking when you walk down the halls as this is a very dog-friendly community, but the construction of the building is solid and you hardly hear anything through your apartment walls. That was my biggest concern about apartment living but it has proven to be a non-issue at this place. My only complaint is several people leave their trash outside their door. I believe there is a service you can pay for to have your trash picked up, but seriously are people so lazy they can’t walk their trash down the hall to the trash shoot?! The building makes it easy to get your trash out so why people can’t walk it to the shoot is beyond me.

I want to express what a pleasant experience I have had deciding on our new home at the Lake House apartments ! Thank you especially to FRANKIE GONZALEZ for making sure I made the perfect decision for what we needed!I couldn’t have made it without his help! I've lived at Lake House for just over a month now, and I can honestly say it's been wonderful-the best decision I could have made choosing my new home. The atmosphere here is truly unique and welcoming. Every staff member I've encountered has been kind, genuine, and friendly, which makes a big difference. One of the things I love most is how quite it is, which was extremely important to me moving from a house to an apartment. Lake House has exceeded my expectations in every way. Kudos to the entire staff for the great work you do in making this community so special.

Truly has been an amazing experience living at Lakehouse. It’s very clean and neat and the Staff are the best! They are very considerate and great people overall! Best apartments in the Orlando area by far 10 out of 10!

I would highly recommend Lakehouse Apartments to anyone. I recently just relocated back to Central Florida and maybe it’s just the Northeast in me but I can be extremely fast pace move,move,go,go,go. I am extremely thankful for Jason actually slowing me down a little bit but also listening to what exactly I am looking for. From start to finish Jason and the Team did a fantastic job getting me in as quickly as possible and with an ease. I honestly feel like home here. Thank you to Broc the Property Manager always being available when needed and also Meghan Assistant Property Manager for always greeting me with a Smile and positive energy.
