It wouldn't allow me not to put zero is the only reason why there is even one star up the this complex is ran by basically a family of incompatent ignorate individuals who spend more time gossiping and looking for any thing they can come up with to get to leave notes on residence door threatining fines ect. I cant see where anything is managed or fixed here though im sure it ŵouldb hard to fit that in to the whole three hours five days a week that they arè sonewhat reacheable or on the clock. The place is not maintained at all . Im not sure exactley where the hoA's that we pay per unit that rises every year are actually going for . We have keys that we are required to buy.Where each thing is a different key with a different price.Yet when you buy the key, they'll change the lock on the court.Several times so you have to buy another key. The pool is disgusting always filled with bird feathers, bird crap and bugs that if you want to get in it, you have to remove yourself or either swim in it. The staff does not possess the ability to treat each and every. Resonance, with respect when they come in contact with them.In fact, it's more like they look down their nose judge and are just quite frankly, upset for the interruption of their otherwise unproductive day. You have security that comes in at three and stays till twelve.Now i'm guessing, that's probably because it's much cheaper.No doubt than the twelve to 7 a m that common sense would tell you are the true hours needed for security be out.Keeping the community safe. However, the security guy is the only decent, hard-working person here, and yet because he's not part of their family, they use him as a kicking post. And talk so disrespectful to him in front of anyone around it truly is ridiculous. The one I believe is Mike's sister that is commonly referred to rode hard put away. Wet, because we have no idea nor do we care what her name is. Her job seems to b ito just simply walk the complex continuously to try to come up with Another problem so that they can bother another tenant unnecessarily.With some insignificant complaint or rule, or whatever they call it threatening a monetary fine if not rectified. So if you were looking at a place in here and you want a true opinion on how things are here. Then, my advice to you would be. Don't waste your time even looking at the place. You'll have no privacy here. You'll have the office staff that is incapable of doing anything. You ask of them. You will be harassed. By them daily by ridiculous i insignificant things that. Day come up with. Oh, and let's not forget their other way of cutting cost. No doubt is to let the garbage limbs. Cardboard wood, old toilets, garbage. Everything build up by the dumpster for months on end that provides the perfect breeding ground for rats, roaches and snakes for the tendons to enjoy, not to mention the absolute eyesore that it causes you to see the first moment you pull into the complex instead of dumping it. More frequent to at least appear. Like they're not the disgusting low rent places In my opinion, the staff definitely needs to take a few refresher courses on just how to handle clients and the public in general. Maybe get a few workers with a little more education than the ones that they currently have. And last but not least get someone that can actually act like an adult instead of high schoolers that waste days gossiping and causing unnecessary problems in the community.

I have been living here five years, and really enjoy how well this community is taken care of. Also, really nice pool and tennis court. On Lake Bentley.

This is the the slumlords that own apt. G-3. Owners refused to fix ANYTHING while I was a resident (2 years!!), lied about repairs to the unit when I moved out (said it was burn holes in the carpet when my wife and I are non smokers and do not light things ever! AMD, if you go the apartment, you will see that it's the SAME CARPET that was in there when I lived there!!), attempted to price gouge on my rent (went from 850 to 1100 in 2 years!!), refused to give my deposit back (has done this to the previous two tenants before me!!!)!!!.. The president of the H.O.A. there did a walkthrough of the apartment with the owner of the unit and said that the unit was MOVE IN READY when we moved out. The president of the H.O.A. also stated that he is willing to testify against the owners if I choose to take them to court to get my deposit. The president also stated that the owner refuses to pay their H.O.A. fees and that could lead to other issues in the near future..... TERRIBLE OWNERS OF THIS UNIT and they do not honor their contracts!!!!!!!!!!! The realty company is just as bad (if not worse), Joseph Realty owned by Joe Joseph! I've been out of that unit since August 2018 and have yet to get any of my deposit back!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE OWNERS AND REALTY COMPANY!!!!!!!!

These condos are nice. They have a pool and each unit has a porch, some are screened, some open. There is a washer/dyer hook up in some of the apartments. The complex is landscaped regularly and is right on a lake. There is a laundry mat on site as well.
