Great apartment style dorm! Convenient to the dining hall and class quad. My Panther enjoyed his time there.

Long Review: Okay, this place has a ton of problems, and we got the dorm room from h3ll. Our kitchen is unusable due to smoke alarms going off even when boiling water. The bathroom came infested with drain flies, which were born from filthy drains (they were there upon move-in). There was rotted food in the fridge from the previous tenants and crumbs and rice in the cupboards. The appliances are half functional and require numerous maintenance visits to solve the issues. (Microwave rusted, showers had no water pressure, stove half works, AC unit) One thing: Maintenance has been a lifesaver this year, as many of our appliances are going out. They helped us fix the issues on time. They are for sure an upgrade in comparison to the freshman accommodations, however expect many issues as these are the least maintained dorms (since they use them for housing year round) Inital Review (first weeks). Quite nice for upperclassmen housing. Has all we need in terms of appliances. Far better quality than the dumpy freshman dorms (I was in CV and it was dirty & poorly taken care of). Only thing is that some of the rooms were missing furniture and the dishwasher was missing a part, but overall housing sorted it out. Microwave is rusty so definitely check all your appliances before using them.
