Hub On Campus Orlando

I had an excellent experience with the maintenance team, specifically Gabriel!! He responded incredibly fast within no more than 10 minutes of my request and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He truly went above and beyond, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Gabriel was kind, thorough, and respectful, and it really shows that this apartment complex has a great maintenance team. I really appreciate the amazing service!!

I just moved in and everyone has been such a help. The girls up front were amazing. There was a bit of a hiccup, but everything was squared away quickly. I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience at all. Then Orlando and Izzy did a wonderful job cleaning the unit for me when I moved in and checked the additional rooms to make sure everything was good for me. I appreciate them taking the time the did to make it spotless!

Keeshee, the leasing manager at Hub on Campus, is absolutely amazing! From the very first interaction, she was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

Toured a 4x4 with some of my friends. The amenities seemed pretty cool, especially the pool. The room was pretty standard in terms of size, but the furniture and appliances were pretty nice (also they had snacks for us in the fridge which was a pretty nice bonus) Our tour guide Alyssa was great. She was able to help answer all of the questions I had, even the hard ones I had about the appliances. She was also really knowledgeable about some questions I had about their pet policy, since I have an emotional support cat that I need to bring with me. We weren’t quite ready to fill out an application, but the guide explained the entire application process at the end and was super friendly about it.

We toured Hub On Campus Orlando for my younger brother, who is looking for off-campus housing, and had such a great experience! Our tour guide, Alyssa, was awesome — super friendly, welcoming, and really knew her stuff. She made the whole tour fun and easy and took the time to answer all of our questions. The place itself is amazing with tons of great amenities, but what really made the visit stand out was Alyssa. She made my brother feel excited and comfortable about the idea of living there, which meant a lot. Overall, the tour was great from start to finish, huge thanks to Alyssa for being so helpful and kind!
