Heritage Park at Crane Creek

I am one of the first people to move into Heritage Park. It is modern up to date and got a lot of people off the streets. Sometimes dificult catching someone in the office but I am very grateful and thankful to have a roof over my head.

I have lived here for almost 3 years, in the 21/2 years it was a great experience. This apartment now has RATS adding two in my home. New management with no contact information no email and no number. It has been brought to the attention and nothing is being done about it. But, of course they want rent on time. I have four children and my son was almost bit by one while sleeping. Don’t ever rent here, this is forced me into a hotel for some sense of security and safety for my kids and I. The management will simply say, here is a rat trap and these rats are very bright as they have avoided every trap that has been set for them.

Horrible management!! They steal dontaions for their kids. Maintenance is never taken care of because the roof is leaking since moving in with false promises of fixing! The maintenance man is a predator for all women! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SAFETY And SECURITY! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

The staff lacks the education and experience needed to house and support the homeless population that was placed here from the Brevard Homeless Coalition. Why? My guess is the salary earnings required to properly employ suitable candidates for the office positions are not important to the organization. Saving money to place in another individual’s pocket is more important than caring for the vulnerable residents of Brevard County. Although I have stated my personal observation, I rate the housing complex as a five-star review. Two separate factors conclude this rating(1) the Brevard Health Alliance and (2) the daily dedication from on-site staff.
