Gables Grand Plaza Apartments

Self guided tour with no person to ask questions. Called the number on the app and left a message and still no response. The app said no units were available to enter and view even though a resident said there were plenty available.

Update : 26/05/2026 : After 3 long years and inaccurate information, the pool is now open update : 12/08/2025... Still no pool ! filled with water but not able to use the pool. They have been telling me for the past 2,5 years that the pool would open soon. ********************************************************** Rent has increased, but there is still no pool. We were told the pool would be completed by summer 2024. It is now the end of February 2025, and we still do not have a pool. In October 2024, we received an email from the administration stating that the moment we had all been waiting for was finally happening. A crew arrived for a few weeks at the end of November, but then they left. A few weeks later, they returned only to remove the tiles they had laid. Still, no pool. The administration now says they cannot promise a completion date. So, be aware if you plan to rent here... YOU WON'T HAVE A POOL, but they will raise your rent, citing higher operational costs.

We tried to do a self tour and the experience was just terrible from the beginning! We arrived to the complex and had no clear directions of where to go, after wandering for like 15 minutes, this lady comes out and greets us with “what’s happening”? In the most disrespectful way, she clearly had no interest in helping us. She said that the self tour wasn’t working because they rented all the apartments and didn’t help us at all! We lost time of our work to come to this place and the management was extremely rude, their website is not clear and this whole place is just a huge red flag!! Not worth the time to even tour this place, they have 0 interest in renting or even caring to be nice!
