They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Staff is abused and underpaid not to mention the outdated facilities. What a completely incompetent and disrespectful rude environment. Let’s not even talk about the roach indoor lodge that just about every dorm is infested with especially Degraff and Wildwood. What a stinky nasty headache nightmare…Get a apartment

I honestly wish I could give negative rating because nobody is helpful here. The process to appeal a contract here is a nightmare. Please have a lawyer on standby and do not hesitate to use them because it seems that is the only thing that works. Go somewhere else. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF FSU HOUSING. You have been warned.

The rooms are extremely small and it is almost impossible to get a bedroom to yourself. Housing will come in whenever they please to do room checks or preform maintenance. Also most of the time sharing a bedroom with someone is terrible. Its normal to wake up at 3am to a drunk roommate coming in. Plus when you sign the contract there is no way to know which dorm hall you get. As long as you have a car just go live off campus. It is cheaper and better.

I would give them less than a 1 if I could. Dorm bathroom is shared by 2 rooms of individuals and the rooms are less the size of a postage stamp (and that was a new dorm). Staff is not helpful. After touring dorms with my daughter, we wanted to cancel deposit we had for the lottery to find suitable other arrangements. They will only let you out of deposit contract if you don't have your child attend the University. I would recommend not signing up for the dorm lottery until you see them for yourself. Website very misleading about rooms. Been trying to get issue resolved for over a week and nobody ever calls back. Do yourself a favor and look at them before you sign up.

Had such a great tour of the dorms. The dorms are way better than I would've ever expected, and they are set up so beautifully. The newer dorms are definitely an A+, and the honors dorms, too. Maybe not Solley, though. No offense to that dorm. But overall, I'm really happy I got to check out the dorms here because they're looking good, and it was a good experience. Thank you, FSU!
