The maintenance team is excellent and attentive, consistently keeping the condominium in pristine condition regarding cleanliness. This is the only positive aspect worth mentioning; otherwise, the administration is in dire need of significant improvements, such as: — The office's posted operating hours are never adhered to. They are supposed to be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; however, you rarely find anyone on-site before 11:00 AM, and you have to rush to complete your tasks in time to arrive by 3:00 PM—and even then, you still have to rely on sheer luck. — Parking is another issue that warrants greater attention from the administration. Upon arrival, residents are told they are entitled to two parking spaces per unit; however, this is not exactly what happens in practice, as it is a well-known fact that some units have three or more cars parked on the premises. Since I own only one car, I believe I should have no trouble finding a parking spot; yet, this is not the case. Whenever I arrive after 8:00 PM, I am unable to find an available space to park my vehicle. A potential solution might be to assign specific parking spaces to specific units and issue fines for any violations. — Regarding security, the administration has been sorely lacking. There is supposed to be a staff member on duty at night to ensure the safety of the premises, but this has not been happening; the employee responsible for this role has not been seen patrolling the condominium for quite some time. I suspect he may have been let go; however, back when he was still working here, he was frequently seen sleeping in the pool area chairs—grossly neglecting his primary duty to safeguard the condominium. - About the gym equipment: it is extremely old and obsolete and should be replaced—particularly the two treadmills, which have been out of order for ages. Furthermore, there is no stationary bike available. In short, the experience of working out at The Fountains' gym is truly dismal. — Regarding camera surveillance: although cameras are indeed installed, they serve no practical purpose. Should you request footage—whether due to an incident such as a theft, damage to a parked vehicle, or even to identify strangers who may have caused harm to residents—you will be unable to obtain it, as the administration refuses to release the recordings. This makes the already distressing experience of falling victim to any of the aforementioned issues even more traumatic. — And last but not least, I would like to point out that the entry and exit gates are constantly malfunctioning, thereby facilitating unauthorized access to the premises. In other words, if you are considering moving to The Fountains, weigh the pros and cons carefully before making your final decision, as you may end up bitterly disappointed.

You cannot get a hold of anybody in the office. The guy that works in the office shows up at around 11:00-11:30 AM. By 3:00 PM, he isn’t around to even answer phones. No weekend hours. Doesn’t reply to emails. If you need anything from the office, good luck. You won’t get it.
