Encore At Capri Apartments

I’ve been residing here for five years and thoroughly enjoy living here. The staff is incredibly friendly, respectful, and goes above and beyond. The apartment itself is spacious. Michelle, in particular, is amazing, and the maintenance crew is simply the best.

Very rude employees.. I can't even let my sister come to the pool with me because only 2 guest per resident and she has 3 kids .. they make their own rules for certain people . They offer a gift card to residents to put a 5 star review..

From the moment I walked into the office, Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She made my daughter and I feel right at home here. Her explanation of the apartment was very detailed and clear to understand. 5 stars doesn't do her justice, she needs at least 10!

Our family spent four years here. During that time, I moved in with my daughter while going through a divorce. The apartment provided a stable and comfortable place during a very challenging period in my life. The office personnel were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Maintenance fast, courtesy and respectful. During my stay the property has gone through renovations, amenities upgrades, extra internet and tv perks, and more. I have nothing but fond memories and honestly, if it wasn’t for us needing more room, we would have stayed. I moved out with daughter, a fiancée, and two sons, and highly recommend the experience and a place we once called home. Thank you for everything!
