Enclave at Pine Oaks Apartments

This place is a dump. Roaches are every where. They say they will send someone he comes spray one time and leaves. Half of the appliances are broken..you call the office no one does anything about it. They have an attitude. As soon as your rent not there on time its a problem. How do they want rent on time I have to pay for stuff to kill the roaches and pay maintenance men to come in and fix shit. The state of Florida needs to look into the place asap. I will be making phone calls enough is enough already

Let me start off with Gloria she rude, disrespectful, not helpful, I been here for 5 months my kitchen sink keeps leaking roaches are the worst no one does anything about it , dish washer broke ceiling fan broke ac was broke , when u turn on shower black stuff comes out side of shower it seems like no one cares other then the higher up lady corporate doesn’t answer this is a unsafe place for kids I highly don’t recommend at this point I’m getting ahold of bored of health save yourself a headache and don’t move here

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The apartment itself has a nice layout and decent amount of space, and I will give credit where it is due—the maintenance team was always friendly, responsive, and quick to address issues. Unfortunately, that is where most of the positives end. From move-in to move-out, I dealt with constant problems. Before signing my lease, I specifically asked about pest issues and was assured there were none. That was not true. The apartment was heavily infested with roaches when I moved in, and I have photos documenting the condition. The unit was also filthy, with dirty carpets, grimy cabinets, and cabinets that were already damaged and falling apart. There were also questionable cosmetic fixes throughout the apartment. The toilets appeared to have been painted to look clean, but after routine cleaning, the paint began peeling and eventually contributed to severe clogging issues. Living here was exhausting—not because of the floor plan, but because of the endless issues that came with it. Between the pest infestation, poor move-in condition, and lack of transparency about existing problems, it felt like there was always something else to deal with. The parking situation was another major frustration. The gates were constantly broken, making the concept of a gated community seem pointless. Residents were also required to register overnight guests or risk having their vehicles towed, which made hosting friends and family unnecessarily difficult. As for management my experience with Gloria was the not good. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, often speaking to residents in a manner that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. No resident should feel talked down to for raising legitimate concerns. Overall, a nice floor plan cannot make up for roach infestations, filthy move-in conditions, damaged fixtures, broken gates, restrictive guest policies, and poor customer service. Renters deserve honesty, professionalism, and a clean, well-maintained home. That was not my experience here.
