Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

I grew up in Altamonte Springs and haven’t been to Embassy Suites in ages. It’s a prefect hotel for families. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast included that pleases everyone, indoor pool, walkable to shops and the Cranes Roost park. The bed was very comfortable, room was updated and clean. Would love to visit again. Thanks for a great stay.

I was here for a wedding, not as a guest but let me just say the service was amazing! Especially from Serena! She was such a light and has such a great personality. She truly made me and the other people I was with feel so welcome. She also had so much patience and helped us with all our needs. I’m coming to Orlando soon and I plan to book with this hotel due to the great service and perks! 10/10

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Orlando during Christmas week. The location itself is great with lot of stores and eateries available right around the hotel. It also is located next to a lake which was beautifully decorated by the township for holidays. The hotel itself seemed well maintained in the common areas . The room was clean but still felt stuffy. The bathroom is surely outdated and should be renovated. The water smelled burnt whenever hot water was running 🤷🏻‍♀️.Also, there are very limited channels in the tv. For a hotel of this grand they should atleast have Netflix and Amazon capability added to be logged in as these days everyone prefers to leisurely watch and enjoy their stay. The breakfast was decent with make your own omelette counter but the remaining options were same everyday with no variety. They should consider rotating the variety of food served for customers to look forward to try different things. The tea bag varieties were just 1 , other hotels provide atleast 4-5 varieties atleast 😞

This location has been recently painted (interior) and I think the furniture in the room we stayed in was new. We stayed in the back building that does not overlook the atrium and it was nice! The AC works GREAT! Our room was huge and cozy. The indoor pool was clean. The pool's towel cabinet was empty so I asked the front desk to have someone refill it and they were there within 10 minutes. Happy Hour with free snacks and cocktails is pretty cool (5:30-7:30pm). The free breakfast was good as well. However, the on-site steakhouse/restaurant has the absolute worst quality of food. I reccomend you venture out of the hotel for dinner. We love this Embassy Suites location right across from Crane's Roost and will likely stay here again in the future.

My girlfriends and I decided to spend the night there to celebrate one of our birthdays. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful this experience was and I’m so glad that I picked this place for us to stay. Everything was perfect. The room was wonderful, perfect for four people, The managers reception was much appreciated, and the breakfast was one of the best places I’ve ever ate at a hotel. The omelettes were so good as was everything else. All this combined with the perfect location on the lake, which provided us for a place to walk in the evening. I definitely hope to return there someday. I live in Orlando, but this still it still felt like we were on a vacation in another city because we had so much fun
