Dwell Maitland Apartments

Just moved out after five AMAZING years at Dwell Maitland. We only moved out due to purchasing a home. We moved to Dwell from out of state with no real knowledge of the Orlando area and we consider ourselves so fortunate to have found Dwell! The location couldn't be better, right off I4 and 414, Genesis Sportsplex right across the road. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and any work orders were always tended too right away. The pool area, gym and bark park were all cherries on top of the cake. Could not recommend Dwell enough!

The buildings are not as clean as they used to be. Stains on the floors, walls and elevators for days at a time (not just the weekends). Trash rooms stinking into the hallways, floor and wall stains in there too. Trash and crud in the corners everywhere, top of the elevators have trash or dead bugs, dead bugs on the floors. We are starting to see the wear and tear on the carpet and marked up apartment doors etc. You can't have ONE person to clean this entire property! It's just ridiculous. We are paying over 2k a month for "luxury living" can we get better quality? Once I notice improvements, I will remove or update this review.

Almost Two Years at Dwell Apartments and thankful to Call It Home!! Very grateful to Nikki, Michelle, and maintenance team at Dwell Apartments for their exceptional attentiveness and prompt response to my recent maintenance request. I was experiencing issues with my refrigerator, and they went above and beyond to address the situation quickly and efficiently. The communication was kind, timely, and reassuring. I truly appreciate the care and diligence shown throughout the process. Knowing I can count on this team gives me tremendous peace of mind. A special thank you to Carlos for the outstanding job he did with the replacement — It’s working wonderfully! Thanks again Dwell team for your continued support and dedication. It does not go unnoticed!

We lived at DWELL for a year and absolutely loved it. The whole experience — from move-in to move-out — was smooth and stress-free. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and we never had any major issues. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive — any small requests we had were resolved the same day. The apartments are spacious and modern, the pool is clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the garage parking is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We also had a few friends living here and they share the same positive opinion. We only moved out because of personal circumstances, but we truly miss living at DWELL. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living experience!

As anyone apartment hunting online very well knows, 4.7 is a stellar rating on Google - for any business really but Dwell Maitland truly deserves the full 5. I have lived here for a year already and if circumstances allowed I would absolutely be resigning my lease. Having lived in other luxury apartments in downtown Saint Pete, I would choose Dwell Maitland every time. Thankfully for the majority of my time here I had little reason to contact the office but the one time I did need them for a reason unrelated to satisfaction of renting, they were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. Everyone from Nikki and Michelle as well as the others in the office really show that they care about their residents and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and polite gentleman. Working from home I can’t recall a single time I heard my neighbor through the wall. The amenities are great and so is the location but it’s the people that take this property from excellent to outstanding. Look no further.
