Dover Gardens Apartments

Nice apartment community: quiet most hours and feels safe. Apartment is in good condition and works well for our needs. Maintenance is helpful and quick. We've lived here for over a month now and haven't had any problems with it.

Dover Gardens is a great place to live in. Whenever I need a maintenance or questions to be answered from the office, they are quick to answer. The staff is very friendly and they care about their residents. They set up holiday events for their residents which is very exciting. Thank you for all you do for your residents.

Beautiful property with a real nice pool and grill area. The cleanliness is impeccable compared to other parts of Orlando. Have lived here for over 15 years and never had any issues. Staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great! All around great place to rent.

We have been here a year now and we have enjoyed our time. The office is amazing and very supportive on anything we have requested services on or even on needing any info. Work orders are done quickly and professionally. The staff are kind and friendly. I appreciate being able to call this place my home. Thank you for all you do!

Dover Gardens is a wonderful place to call home. It was my very first home with my boyfriend (now husband) in Orlando and we’ve lived here for about 10 years now, still loving it! The location is perfect, it’s so convenient to all the places you need, and the community is so beautiful. Management and maintenance team rock! Love love love this place!!
