I've had a really good experience with the management, especially Olivia from the front office. She is always very attentive and helpful. I love how close and convenient everything is at Current, especially the gym and distance from the school.

I’ve lived at this Orlando property for about a year and a half, and since the management change, nothing has been the same. When I first moved in, the hallways were cleaned regularly and everything felt well maintained. Now the building feels neglected. The trash cans in the parking lot are always overflowing, the elevators are dirty, and the hallways and walls constantly look messy. I’ve also had mold in my bathroom ceiling twice. While maintenance has been quick to come fix it, that’s still not something that should keep happening. I will say maintenance responds fast, but overall the building has gone downhill since they let go of the old management. Another big issue is the parking garage. The safety mirrors constantly break and no one fixes them, which is a serious hazard. You can’t see when a car is turning, and there have been multiple times where I’ve seen cars almost crash into each other because of it. A year ago I would have told anyone to sign here, The building does have its good things but now I honestly I don't know if the price is worth it.

Best place ever. I had unfortunate problems with an old roommate and the office was always quick to respond any of my concerns and ultimately got the situation fixed. I later resigned for a second year here at current and it’s been amazing. I moved from a 4x4 balcony to the 1x1 plus balcony. At first, my new apartment was wrecked. The last tenant had a minimum of two cats and left the apartment insanely dirty with cat hair, moldy throw up, dust, and more. Not only this, but she also left the couch and desk chair incredibly scratched up (ripping apart from top to bottom and left to right), and infested with cat hair (sounds like a move in nightmare but it gets better!). I’ve uploaded the before pictures and will upload the after pictures soon! I brought my concerns to the office as soon as I inspected everything expecting them to get back to me in a few days at minimum. I was incredibly surprised by their immediate response. Not only did they make me feel heard, they brought in a cleaning crew, new couch, and new desk chair all within one hour of my initial complaint! Had this been any other apartment complex, I would've most likely had to clean everything myself and lived out the rest of my lease with a ripped up couch. I cannot thank the resident team, managers, and cleaning crew enough. I wish I had gotten everyone's names (there was at least 9 people who helped me today and were all beyond amazing). Jessica, part of the cleaning crew was amazing. I saw her every morning when I left for class in my old apartment, and she is a ray of sunshine. Can’t recommend you to sign here enough. They even have a promotion, $950/month for a 4x4 balcony. On top of that, they’re even offering up to $1,000 gift cards! I’m JUST moving in for the second year here and I already feel bittersweet thinking about a day I have to leave. The amenities and events are also awesome! Overall, 12/10 apartment complex (something I never thought I’d say about any apartment let alone a student housing complex). No I do not work here and no I was not given anything to write this review (something many other apartments do), I just love it here.
