Not only was my apartment infested and the property manager at the time asked βwhat did you want me to do about itβ I just check my credit and see they placed me in collections for the amount of 1 months rent. I attempted to message the property manager and her email no longer works so apparently, instead of actually checking receipts, it appears as if someone new has only looked at emails that I sent advising i would pay the last rent late. Of course I didnβt email back to say βthanks for taking my payment. My ledgar just went to zero.. that was confirmation enough. Now all of a sudden I still owe yall? Iβll see you in a couple of hours

I recently moved into this community, and I absolutely love it. When we first arrived at the main office to get information about the property, Mrs. Charlotte was friendly and respectful. During the move-in process, there were a few concerns that were quickly addressed by Ruben, and we were very happy with the results. Management is professional and easy to communicate with, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes living here a stress-free experience. The common areas are clean and well-kept. The apartment layout is spacious and practical, with plenty of natural light. The location is excellent! The community is dog-friendly, and I feel safe walking my dog here.

So far so good. Even though there are many bad reviews, When I found out that atrium manages this property a person I trust recommended to live here as they have and are in the process of turning it around . Look forward to posting a great review upon my leaving the property or even after my first year here. Ruben was great professional gave me the assurance that I needed so I felt comfortable in signing the lease

I have been living here for about a year now, and am transferring into a new unit within the complex. Despite transferring being a difficult process just about anywhere you go, this place has been very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. Charlotte is very nice and wonderful to work with, always has been helpful whenever we needed help or clarification with something. The community living here all seems chill, and the environment is nice. From the plants and beautiful wildlife throughout the neighborhood, to the hilarious sounds of peacocks from the nearby farm, this is a fun place to live.

I lived here for 5 years, the first 3 were okay except I had to go to the office multiple times and submit multiple work orders to get anything done. The last two years were hell due to roaches appearing after a few people moved into the building. I would have moved sooner but it wasnβt financially an option. I kept getting taken off the pest control rotation and found out neighborhoods were declining pest control, so much so they had to threaten people with fees, I know this because letters were put on doors. The roaches got so bad I had to throw away everything when I moved, tvs, furniture, and all appliances. We tried so hard to maintain things but it got depressing. We could never relax, not in bed or living rooms. We asked if they could spray rooms and closets and they said no because itβs βonly where water could beβ which is not true. They were in door frames, corners of closets and outlets. And behind the refrigerator, there was a big hole that we asked them to fix and they wouldnβt. We spent lots of money eating out because if you wanted to cook it took so much monitoring and watching everything every second. The neighborhood is dirty and loud. You could hear people yelling all times of night/day. Our car was also broken into twice!!! And someone even stole the air caps off our tires π₯² I would recommend you move to a different area entirely. Also we went through multiple leasing teams and only had people come inspect twice in the whole time we lived there. And the two times were this last year.
