My contract is coming to end and I’m trying to finish my recertification process but something that should be simple is being getting complicated and hard to complete. Also my salary is $17.20 an hour and my earning is around $2700 a month,I’m paying $1600 a month for one bedroom apartment around 750 square feet. After paying the rent and utilities I literally have nothing left. My new contract it’s going to start again in march 22, 2026 , and i being told that my rent is going to be renewed without any changes. We have paid $100/month for internet for 2 years that we have never been able to fully use because the unit was wired incorrectly. Management admitted it needed to be rewired and promised us a full monthly credit until it was fixed. Two years later, it’s still not fixed and now they’re refusing to honor the credit they offered. We were never told moving the access point (just to get partial service) would “void” anything. That excuse only came after we asked for the credit we were promised. It doesn’t stop there. Poor washer maintenance caused our apartment to flood, and I was electrocuted while cleaning up the water. Our hurricane-damaged door still hasn’t been repaired over a year later despite repeated promises. The pattern is clear: they will say what you want to hear to make you go away, but they do not follow through. We have been patient for 24 months. Safety issues and broken promises should not be normal. Rent is due on time every month so accountability should be too.

Oh my gosh. I think God using Brooke to help me in a special way to day. I had a dream about someone said I am qualified and give me a key. I was excited about it. When I wack up it's was a dream. 😍 I decided to call cafe. I know I have to wait for the specialist email me but I can't. My English is not fluent but she understands and talk nice with respect and patience. She takes time for me and do what I could even ask her to do for me. Yes she sent a email for me and I feel comfort and peace. The world need someone like Brooke. She did an amazing job for me. Less anxiety today. Thanks God I found her and I thankful to Brooke!

Brooke was absolutely amazing! I’ve been with Concord for 8 years now and I’m only doing this review because of her. I won’t speak on prior experiences regarding Concord as a company, but my customer service experience with Brooke today was excellent!! She was super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She kindly addressed my concern which allowed me to check off a task on my “To Do List”. We all know how important that is!! Thank you so much Brooke for your help. I appreciate you and hope that we speak again!

I felt like a prisoner in my own apartment. There were cops there just about every day. Elderly getting mugged. Trash on stairs. It was reported and nothing was done about it. If you value your sanity run fast from Clyde Morris landings. They took most of my deposit and I have pictures to prove place was clean when I moved out. They didn't even give me a breakdown of why they took so much money. I lived alone and shoes were left by door. This place looked as if no one lived there for a year. This is supposed to be income restricted but raise your rent any time they want and tell you to save to pay or you getting evicted. People are on limited income that's why they went there in the first place
