I moved into Coconut Palms in June 2023 and so far have experienced very poor service from the Office and the Community Manager. I have a pending repair in which they closed the work order with no repair ever being completed. They don't send sufficient notices for loud repair work being done in the vicinity and don't do a good job keeping the property clean and everything working. If it's not the pool being closed it's the door handle to the laundry room. And they will just not respond at all. They just completely ignore your requests ! this company continues to provide the worse service ever !!!! Do not lease from this company at all !!!! UPDATE: DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
