Very friendly people

The property is nice and well-maintained. Maintenance is very responsive and helpful to requests. The house has met all our needs very well. The location is accessible. The worst traffic is still better than most of Daytona’s traffic. Biggest issues have been road space. A lot of neighbors park on the street making it difficult to drive around outside business hours. Units facing the central retention pond can expect extra noise from neighbors. It’s not that the neighbors are noisy, just the noise has nothing to dampen it.
