The team at Caribbean Breeze Apartments made my leasing process smooth and stress‑free. They were patient, very welcoming, and took the time to understand my circumstances. Their support continued all the way through to my approval, and I really appreciate how dedicated they were. Excellent staff special mention to leasing specialist Kelvin and Nylia great service.

Communication is very important. This request was completed in a matter of minutes. The engineer was polite, efficient, and pleasant. After waiting three days I was not happy. But, they came through with great results.

Trying to find an apartment in Tampa when I hadn’t even lived in Tampa was such a hassle. I viewed tons of apartments that either didn’t have a washer and dryer, or was mad overpriced and not worth it. Finding Caribbean Breeze Apartments from the moment I walked in, was so refreshing. The customer service is top tier, Kelvin was helpful and attentive, kind and friendly, and made the entire move in process a BREEZE. All my questions were answered and he’s so respectful, I have no complaints. The move in process was smooth, I love my apartment and it’s a nice location. Give Kelvin a raise, or a bonus per commission! The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because it sometimes gets a bit busy and getting in touch with people can be difficult at times. But in regards to the customer service, the attitudes, the atmosphere and when communication is reached? FIVE STARS. All across the board.

I had a fantastic experience touring apartments with Kelvin! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the building amenities to the lease terms. Kelvin was patient, professional, and really made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. I genuinely appreciated how thorough he was. Highly recommend working with him!

Do not move here. I wish I would have listened to the horrible reviews here. Have had nothing but bad experiences here. First two months here I would randomly lose all power for the night. Sometimes even days because it was there day off and theres no emergency maintenance to come fix my power. I have had to lose time, money, and food in these times. My food would go bad because its 90 degrees outside, after I just filled the fridge. On top of losing the power multiple times for my first two months, I lost ac several times throughout my entire lease. I had a total of 9 times with no ac and or power living here.Took me several months to even get a trash bin and key for the pool. You can almost never even use the pool because people here dont know how to act and break everything in the pool area. Its almost always being closed. I have had bug issues. Roaches, ants, gnats. Coming from the other units. And if you think someone will help you with an issue you are wrong. The entire staff does not care about you. They will ignore your calls. Ignore your emails, and even if you go in to get help they will look at you like you are stupid and not say anything. The maintenance will come to help say nothing is wrong and leave. Then you will have to make several more requests for someone to actually fix the issue. You shouldn’t even be charged for trash valet because they come when they feel like it. Everything in these apartments is horribly maintained and cheap, be warned. The entire complex smells like weed 24/7. Including your own “smoke free unit”. The lawn mowing company hit and damaged my brand new car, once again nobody did anything about it. The balcony area floods when it rains, good luck with hurricane season. There’s always something going on in here where several cops have to show up. My husband’s package got delivered to the wrong address. We went to go see if they had it, they stole our package. And ignored our attempts to speak to them. We told the staff in the office and once again did not care in the slightest. I promise you there’s so much better for same price or cheaper. I just was in a rush to get a place and highly regret, save your time and energy and go somewhere else. You will save yourself a headache.
