Cape Morris Cove Apartments and Townhomes

I am doing a 5 star review on ONLY the Manager (Gil Rodriguez) and the Assistant Manager (Crystal). I have lived here since Oct 2025. Crystal Worked super hard with and for me during my move, as it was a cluster ****. When Gil took over the Manger position this year. I have to say he is most patient, sweetest, and thorough, kind Man I've EVER come in contact with. I've had some issue with my rent and Gil and (Crystal) went above and beyond and then some to utilize every possibility to keep me from being evicted. The office staff is WONDERFUL.

The maintenance man was fantastic—fast, professional, and so friendly! I really appreciate the awesome service.

hi,my apartment here at "cape morris cove is fine.no issues.the staff is very helpful & friendly.some of the kids are slightly annoying like bouncing balls against the wall by my window. 🛍 shopping is convenient.i love port 🍊 orange.

Just moved in a month ago and had a couple issues with the unit but the amazing maintenance staff came and fixed them right away!
