Campus West

Everything happened yesterday, the day my room was delivered. When I arrived, the apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. More concerning, the smoke detectors had their batteries removed, and there was visible burn damage on the sofas caused by lighters. When I reported this yesterday, staff told me I would need to wait until Monday to speak with a manager. Meanwhile, these safety and fire hazards remain unresolved. I am not involved in any of these activities. I strongly recommend that anyone moving in carefully inspect the apartment on day one and document everything. Safety should be a priority. Edit:Management has now addressed my situation and confirmed that I will be moved to another room. I just need to wait one more day for the transfer, which I appreciate. However, my main concern remains that someone in one of the buildings is causing fire-related damage while smoke detectors were disabled. This represents a serious safety risk not just for one resident, but for the entire community. I hope this issue is fully addressed to prevent any future incidents.

Campus West is a great place for students! Plus the amenities are nice and it's located very conviently near Publix, Target and many other establishments. I highly recommend Campus West!

I can't wait to live at Campus West! The apartment is so modern and beautiful, and the amenities are incredible. Shea was amazing—she provided so much valuable information about the history of Campus West and all the exciting new renovations. Her enthusiasm made us even more excited to be future residents. Looking forward to moving in and experiencing everything Campus West has to offer!

I had a great experience at Campus West! The location is perfect. So close to Publix, Aldi, and the new Planet Fitness, which makes daily errands super convenient. The complex itself is great, and the leasing process was made so much easier thanks to Shea! She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my application and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend both Campus West and Shea for anyone looking for a great place to live!
