If a guest comes over for an accumulation of 14 days (300hrs), they can no longer park on property. It doesn’t renew every year and if you renew your lease, they still can’t park on property, unless they are on the actual lease. Ridiculous.

Don't move to this complex. The office staff here are in cahoots with the towing company. You pay for parking, and when I wake up, they've towed my car. You have to take an Uber to get it back and pay extra to get it back. Then you file a complaint, and they say the system didn't register the payment. They're terrible. Don't leave your car here under any circumstances.

Terrible service... they do whatever they please... rude staff. Not recommended due to the abysmal administration. Something simple turns into a nightmare.

If you have guests, be prepared to have them pay for parking or be towed. And once they hit a ridiculously low amount of cumulative hours in a year, they aren't allowed to even visit.
Oh, and be prepared for random pipes breaking in your apartment, and while the company will repair damages, they don't reimburse you for loss or relocation. Had to move from one unit to another due to a neighbor's leak RAINING down just three months ago, and the current apartment got flooded in a different building last week.
Look at any positive reviews in the last few years as probable fake posts and attempts at manipulation.
How's that for overpriced housing?
Update 6/2/26: They've decided to change office policies. No more calls, walk-ins, or emails. If you need to talk to the staff, you need to file a ticket with their website and hope their response is acceptable. Neighbors moving because of leaky pipes, still seeing notices for water shut-offs for "repairs," and this is only a few months after my initial review. This feels like college apartments feeling no remorse for abusing their tenants, rather than a home for people trying to live their life without a slumlord interrupting it.
So, do you want to live in an overpriced apartment while your landlord requires you to "file a ticket" for any form of contact? Do you?
