Bella Vita Apartments

I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The complex works very closely with a nearby towing company, and vehicles are towed almost immediately after parking if they are not in one of the very limited visitor spots. There are only eight visitor parking spaces for the entire property, and the tow trucks actively wait in the lot. I have personally witnessed the driver waving to residents and guests as if the situation is normal. If overnight guests are not allowed without strict registration, then the leasing office should be accessible 24/7 to reasonably accommodate residents. Instead, people are being towed within hours, sometimes less, with no practical way to resolve it in the moment. What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency in priorities. Residents can be towed within two hours, yet overflowing garbage at the entrance can sit for days without being addressed. It feels less like community management and more like a revenue partnership. Do better.

I would like to acknowledge Alexandria Oliver please excuse me if I have any incorrect spelling. i’m a resident at Bella Vita Apartments and I have been having a horrible experience since moving in in October but I must say Miss Oliver has been the only staff member to go above and beyond to try and help me to mitigate any issues. I work out of town and the apartment is in myself and my daughter‘s name my daughter has called and has gone online several times to do maintenance request and they are always marked as completed, but they never are. There’s so much mold in this apartment I am so afraid of everyone getting very sick and I’ve been going to the office and speaking to another young lady. I cannot remember her name but she sits across from Miss Oliver and she was not helpful very dismissive and she was always telling me that she could not email the management she cannot email anyone that I must send an email or send more request which we have done several times, but I went into the office yesterday and Miss Oliver took action and reached out to the property manager and I think that is commendable. No my issues have not been solved as of yet, but I want to acknowledge this one employee for trying to help me to mitigate my issues, but this has been by far the worst experience of my apartment living, but Miss Oliver did make it better and she would make an excellent manager here , that’s the type of person you need in management to retain people so I recommend that you guys give her a raise give her another position or something.She did not give me the runaround. She did not make excuse excuses she took action and I thank her.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I moved to Bella Vita a few months ago and finally found a moment to leave my review. Honestly, this has been the smoothest move I’ve ever had. The apartment is great, and I’m still discovering all the amenities — so far, so good. What really stood out was the team. I talked to more than four different people throughout the process, and every single one of them played a part in making everything easier. A special shout‑out to Alexandria, who was especially helpful and made the whole experience even better. Super happy with my choice and definitely recommend

I just wanna say that my experience so far here has been smooth and enjoyable. The leasing office, maintenance, and the manager Mrs. Angie have been super helpful and kind. On every encounter they are professional and always willing to help. To be honest, they have been the best leasing team I’ve had thus far based on my experience as a whole. They truly care about their residents and making this community a safe, peaceful, and positive experience. Alexandria, Genesis and Mrs. Angie are amazing. Thank you for everything!
