Please Go See JO for All your GO TO NEEDS, She Is Amazingly Smart and Beautiful!! She assisted me in getting my technical difficulties together on today to secure a smooth move!! Aiden was also very helpful and has impressed me as a new employee in my leasing office!! Juan is about to make it happen with my move to a new place with Grace thanks to his collaborative effort I will be onto the next chapter in the rental property arena! My girlfriend has lived here for several years, and since I spend a significant amount of time there, I feel I have a good sense of the community.
The biggest issue is the noise. There are frequently children playing right outside the doors and windows—yelling, screaming, singing, and more—for extended periods of time. I completely understand that kids will be kids, but the noise often goes on for hours without any intervention, which can be very disruptive.
Cleanliness is another concern. There is often trash and litter left outside the front doors (not ours), and we regularly find ourselves cleaning it up due to neighbors not taking responsibility. Additionally, my girlfriend does not smoke, yet her apartment often smells like smoke, likely due to poor insulation. You can also hear nearly every movement from the upstairs neighbors—it’s extremely loud at times.
The neighbors are generally not very friendly, which doesn’t help the overall experience. The pool area is decent, and while there are no in-unit washers and dryers, the laundry facilities are conveniently located just outside the units.
On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s very close to parks and feels relatively safe, which is a major plus.
Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the noise and maintenance issues significantly impact the living experience. Since I’m reviewing as a frequent guest rather than a resident, I’m giving 3 stars, though my experience feels closer to a 2. The location is definitely the highlight.
