Ally was a Very professional maintenance worker. He spent his time, dedication, and knowledge to fix the issue with our a/c unit. Communication was constantly updated with us, and thanked us for our patience with him and his in and out of our unit over the multiple times needed to complete the process.

This place is literally from a horror movie. I have been here since October and since then I have not had a pleasant experience. I have been dealing with roaches, AC/heat does not work * actually had someone professional come out and look at it and was told our unit could’ve burned down because the breaker box was actually so old it was burnt out*, stove works on and off, place floods outside and IN, the list goes on. There’s water damage everywhere and the maintenance people just do not care. They do the bare minimum and leave. They play in face like they care say they are going to take care of things and just never do. They also make you wait a FULL 3 months before even trying to transfer you, and even at that the leasing company which is McKinley is just horrible properties in general. Asked around about all their properties and just about everyone says there’s either roach issues, ants, mold, and way more. ON TOP of that, yes there’s more! They do not accommodate you for anything. They are also not upfront about a lot of things so be careful. The whole company, business, whatever this is, they only want the money and don’t care about anything else. I also have pictures but crazy it doesn’t allow you to upload them.

Today maintenance tech Donald Henry came to my unit 5543-3 to repair my clogged bathroom sink. Numerous techs has came to correct this issue but it was never fixed. Through his hard work he was able to pull out all the trash that had it clogged. Thank Donald.

I’ve been here for 2 years, I have no complaints. The maintenance crew responds immediately to my requests. The leasing office is super friendly, respectful, understanding. They try that we live in a safe and clean environment. I lived happy in this complex!
