Building 1665 work order on 02/26 Jesus the maintenance guy came the very next day and replaced my screen. He was polite and quick and also swept all the debris off the side and left it cleaner. I really appreciated his efforts 👌

Such a wonderful experience coming to Arium Valencia Gardens. Stacy and Maria were awesome and couldn’t be more helpful with all our questions. My girlfriend and I started our Saturday with 4-5 places to tour and look at. The only place that we both felt was the best, was Arium. The uplifting and positive attitude we felt when we came is what really made us pick this beautiful place. We applied and were approved very quickly. No problems or issues. Highly recommend. We can wait to move in ☺️

Run away from this trash place! See you in court Arium Valencia Gardens! UPDATE 3: As I already expected, no return from Arium because they never wanted to resolve those matters anyway. Their answer below was just to pretend they care and are have a serious admiration of clearly them don’t! Last picture with the email they never answered. People should always considered the bad reviews and talk to neighbors before consider move in to Arium, because those informations are the real ones. Fake reviews are everywhere. UPDATE 2: Still didnt get answer from you. Is Arium really sorry and up to get a solution? UPDATE 1: Waiting for an answer on my email after I got I contact with them yesterday (08/07/2025), as Arium’s requested on their answer below. Run away from this place! Old apartments, disgusting furniture, cockroaches crawling out of the walls, zero security. Cars stolen inside of the condominium at any time of the day. No cameras. Broken car windows and even Theft of the condominium access tag. Deliveries stolen from your door. Dirty common areas and no rules. People from the other condo come use the pool jumping the gate, poop in the pool. The staff are great with the exception of Jannete that is such a bad manager. My air conditioning was broke for 2 months making my bill higher. Repairs required before I moved in was never done year later when I moved out even I asked for several times. And they still made me pay for breach of contract. Jannete supervisor Susan also didn’t do anything about it when I proved to her everything I was saying. Such a shame! The last two pictures are from the service they left undone for weeks even Jannete said they would come back to finish. I moved out and still there.

Jesus has been our go-to maintenance man since we moved in, and he is truly fantastic. Every time he comes to our apartment, he’s friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and offers honest, helpful insight on how we can properly take care of things in our home so we don’t run into the same issues again. One thing we appreciate most is that Jesus actively advocates for us when we need new parts or replacements—he doesn’t just patch things up; he makes sure they’re done right. Around the property, he is consistently kind and respectful, always greeting both me and my fiancé with a smile and a hello. His warmth and professionalism make him stand out. It’s also incredibly refreshing to hear how highly he speaks of the women working in the front office. He clearly respects his coworkers and recognizes how hard they work, which says a lot about the kind of person he is. Overall, Jesus is caring, reliable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents and the apartments he works on. We are extremely grateful for everything he does. I've lived here for 3 years and I'm very satisfied. The manager, Jeanett, is always attentive, and the office staff, Stacy and Maria, are also wonderful, super helpful, and always go out of their way to help us. The maintenance service is fast; Mr. Jesús is simply the best, a very competent, polite, and helpful person. And the outdoor area is beautiful, with several barbecue grills and a lake that always revitalizes me when I pass by. There are two swimming pools, a gym, and a playground for children, as well as an area for pets to enjoy. My family and I are very happy here!
