Arbors at Maitland Summit

Maintenance team is wonderful. sometimes they mark completed on maintenance requests when they’re not. However, the maintenance team is very nice. Alex is a very kind and personable soul!. I wish they would get new sturdier gates, though, as these current gates have been broken for quite some time, along with the other smaller gates around the complex. also, there seems to be a lot of issues with car break-ins…:( it would be cool to have more cameras around. other than this, the arbors is a very nice place to live at. Despite what others have gone through, besides minimal things, I don’t think I’ve been having any issues with my apartment(and I hope it stays that way). I’m just worried about some of the people who live here and their morals within the complex.

Alex is hands down one of the best maintenance professionals I have ever worked with. He consistently goes above and beyond to help with any maintenance issues we have. He always follows through and gets the job done the right way with no problems. On top of his work ethic, he is super nice, friendly, and provides exceptional customer service. He is always respectful, even honoring our request to remove shoes on our carpet without any hesitation or attitude. He is a pleasure to work with every single time, and I truly appreciate that because service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Alex, for everything you do.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and have no complaints! I was skeptical at first with some reviews but I got lucky and have had nothing but great experiences & anything that needed attention got handled accordingly. The front office is always very pleasant. They do communicate a lot through text but are very quick with responses and helpful even if you go to the office. They also recently started labeling boxes in the package room by apartment number which has made it so easy to find your package especially during Christmas. Maintenance has been nothing but kind, always smiling and saying hi when I walk my dog. Alex in particular has been so great with fixing things in my apartment. You can tell he really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure our issues are solved and residents are happy! Omar has worked in my apartment as well and did a fantastic job. I honestly have no complaints with the maintenance team. We live in an area with a lot of greenery so bugs are inevitable. Anytime I have had an issue, pest control has come in a timely manner to spray and will inform you when to submit another request to continue controlling the bugs. The gyms are fantastic and well maintained– they recently got new machines in the main gym too! I love the CrossFit area although it is not climate controlled it is a great area to workout in for people that enjoy alternative exercise. The main pool is my favorite, I love sitting in the cabanas to read and relax. The grilling area has been a huge hit for my friends and I when we want to have a cookout/pool day. I love the dog park as it is big and has a washing station for your dog. I love going and chatting with the neighbors while our dogs play! It is a large complex. There are about 20 buildings so I would imagine it takes a lot to upkeep however I do believe they do their best to keep residents happy. I feel very safe living here and love the layout of my apartment. I really have nothing bad to say about this place!

I want to give a big thank you to Alex, the maintenance technician at our apartment complex. He is always very efficient, professional, and reliable. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, he shows up on time and gets the job done quickly and correctly. He is also respectful and makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping residents. Having someone like Alex on the maintenance team makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. This place deserves negative stars. I have been living here since May and any time I request to actually speak to someone whether it be someone in the office or higher management I go unanswered and I get a text instead. The stairwells are absolutely disgusting with marks all over the floor & walls which look like spills that never got cleaned. I’ve mentioned this a couple times since I have lived here & this has yet to be addressed. None of the light switched in my apartment work so I guess those are just for decoration. I’ve been requesting to have my window screens cleaned or replaced because they are literally green they keep closing the request without solving the issue. I have mold in my toilet and I’m requesting a new toilet however the maintenance manager insists it’s all “clean” now. I have been cleaning this mold constantly for the past 6 months to no avail. The staff here is beyond lazy & careless. The gates have been broken for months and I have yet to see them working on getting this fixed. Anyone can just come in here. I have requested to speak to someone in corporate & have continuously been ignored. Please RUN from this place for even think about doing a tour at the very least. If I could go back in time I would never sign a lease with these people. They’re HORRIBLE. Waste of rent money!!
