Andover Club Apartments

Really nice apartments. Not too loud, good neighbors, but what really sets this place apart is the support of office staff and management. If you have an issue, they are highly responsive and will work with you until things are settled. Response time on maintenance is high as well. You won't find a more supportive management structure. Like I mentioned before, the apartments are nice and clean. Had minor issues in the beginning that was promptly taken care of. The combination of environment, responsive and supportive office staff is unmatched.

My family and I have been renting here for about a year. I have nothing but great things to say about my home. We are going to move into a bigger place here because the apartment is lovely so nice and clean upon move in. The process was easy. Valentina is a delight about moving in. She is quiet once we moved in she doesn't speak often but when spoken to. We have trouble paying our balance in full monthly but once you communicate with these people they are understanding and work with you just pay them their money lol. But not just that great location. Great pool. I have kids and the property isn't kid friendly with activities but the pool. They accept pets and have multiple designated areas for them! The rent and extra fees are pricey but you do get a great place no bugs, no one arguing about parking spots, or noise. The floors are thin we hear our upstairs neighbor stomp around at 3/4 am but we can tune them out. I'd recommend checking them out.

Upgraded, quiet, and spacious. Great location only 5 min from the highway i275 and 10 min from USF. I love my new apartment, I recently moved in after visiting my friend who's lived here for years. The move in process was easy and the office staff have been attentive and kind throughout the process.

Hi everyone, I just wanna rave about this new apartment complex. It’s been renovated. It’s amazing. The apartments are phenomenal. The staff is just exquisite. The maintenance crew are amazing and the property is just beautiful inside and out for the area. I reached out to Valentina back in January. I spoke to her for a couple months. She was extremely accommodating with my schedule being a single parent with a full-time job a part-time job full-time school, a child and a large size dog. She was super through a month and a half of conversations, I felt so comfortable that I signed a lease before I even saw the apartment. Sounds risky, but I don’t regret my decision because a week before I was set to move in I saw it and I was more happier with the results of what I saw then the actual pictures that were sent to me. Since I have been here, the staff have been absolutely amazing. The maintenance crew have been super helpful. Valentina is just the glue personally for the tenants speaking from experience and the property is beautiful inside and out. I have a dog and there’s a space for him to use the bathroom they don’t allow dog residue to be left. They keep the property up-to-date and, no trash scattered around the property. There is valet trash, which is super useful for busy parents or individuals. There’s a pool nearby and the neighbors are just amazing. Everybody is super nice accommodating and sweet. As a single parent, I feel 100% safe here. I never have to worry about anything crazy when I’m gone and let’s talk about all the food choices. There are so many options. Recreation is close. Busch Gardens is two blocks away. Movie theaters within 20 minutes. bowling alley 15 minutes Minutes from the interstates both 275 and I 75. Honestly hands-down it’s a wonderful establishment and I couldn’t be happier.

Valentina is a very nice person , she made the moving process very smooth and easy , I was struggling finding a place and was getting very discouraged , but she worked with me and made sure to get me in a place . I love the apartment I’m in and the neighborhood is quiet and clean with friendly neighbors. I would definitely recommend moving here .
