Amelia Place Apartments

Recently just resigned my lease and wanted to follow up with how the year has been thus far! I LOVE this little community. The property manager is excellent! Any questions or concerns are answered in a quick manner. Maintenance issues are taken care of quicker than any other apartment complex I’ve lived in.. job is done right! The overall complex is WELL maintained and overall pretty quiet! Haven’t had any issues with anyone and everyone is friendly! I’ve been super happy with my time here and looking forward to spending another year here. :)

My husband and I have lived at this complex for a year and love it. The property managers always make sure the property and the residents are well taken care of. Anytime we needed maintenance, it was done within three days or same day.

Enjoyable, safe environment to live close to shopping and travel.
