I would like to personally thank Carlos on the maintenance team, he was so sweet, kind, caring, and very quick in his tasks, he goes into full details of what he is doing and why the issue is happening and how he will fix the issue, he has taken the time out to fix my dishwasher and there was an issue with my water heater, Carlos made sure to do whatever he could to fix the issue and came up with the diagnosis of why my water was not getting hot, he advised that a part would need to be ordered and contacted the appropriate people to have that part ordered, he apologized and was very empathetic that it was going to be cold out and for my place to not have any hot water was troubling to him, I told him it was ok not to worry I have a sibling that lives in the next apartment over whenever I needed to use the hot water, he left and later the same day after what looked like his shift was supposed to be over he came back to my place and told me him and his boss was able to find a part that was needed for my water heater and said that he was not going to let this issue defeat him and just like that he resolved my water heater issue. Carlos expressed that he was going to come back the next morning to follow up and make sure that everything is running smoothly the way it’s supposed to, to which he did come back and confirm everything is running smoothly. Please give this gentleman a well deserved raise, he is what a true gentleman and team player is, he puts everyone else’s needs before he does his own, we need more people like him, again I can not thank you enough Carlos and the Amelia court maintenance team, your hard work truly does not go unnoticed, keep up the amazing work! 😊

Love love this place! It feels like home , it feels safe...and I'm happy to be part of this community.. The maintenance man Louis is great! My keys fell in the garbage shoot, he went above and beyond to get it back.. he was able to retrieve it for me ... Thank you Louis..! - Hanchela

Moved into this apartment complex a few months ago and I’ve loved everything so far! The area and neighbors are so nice and I definitely feel safe. One thing that has stood out to me are the maintenance guys especially the Maintenance manager Jay, He has provided amazing customer service every time when needed is always smiling, And ready to help when needed. He ensures all of his other maintenance workers are doing their job Just as good as he is. Every time I request a maintenance request, he is at my door within an hours Or the next day. 10/10 !!

I can't say enough great things about the maintenance team at Amelia Court! Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. Whether it was a minor repair or a bigger fix, they handled everything efficiently and made sure I was updated throughout the process.
