Diamond was exceptional on our tour of the apartments and the community. He answered all the questions I had and gave me information I didnβt know I needed. I definitely recommend him to be the main tour guide he made me feel like I was already at home

Garbage facility that tows cars even if they're in the visitor spots. You are already preying on disadvantaged students who likely have little money in a low income area... but let's get them to hand over a quick-and-easy, cool $160 with no strings attached ;)

One of the worst renting experiences of all times. Cops were called on others constantly, stuff inside the apartment was broken from the start (also you have to pay for it), and the landlords always try to nickel and dime you. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the AC filter. They'll take your deposit and then charge you more money to move out. Absolutely horrible staff (except for a few) and nobody cares about anything until you get law enforcement. Oh also the parking situation is horrible. Be prepared to pay $150 when your car gets towed. It's a right of passage here. I also had to call the cops on my neighbors β€οΈ

Iβm incredibly grateful for the exceptional support from the Altura Student Living team. From application to move-in, everything was handled efficiently and with care. Mr. Diamond had done a tremendous work by getting applications processed. And i truly appreciate the warm welcome and look forward to making this place my home."

the reviews are mixed because management has been changed several times. i will say the current management has been very good on trying to fix everything past management has done. Diamond who is the manager is extremely helpful and has changed my outlook on my experience. if your thinking about moving here do your research, make sure your apt is in good shape before signing and you will be fine. Itβs somewhat affordable and close to school.
