This community is not transparent. I submitted my application on May 21, 2026, and today, June 15th, almost a month after they took my money, I've never received a formal response. Besides wasting my time, they kept saying one day it was 90% viable and the next day it wasn't, that they had changed their system. Nobody gives credible answers. I do not recommend this community; it's extremely unpleasant. I'm from Orlando, FL. Finally, today I sent the letter requesting a refund, and just like with the application, I have to wait for them to deign to return a sum that isn't for the application itself, but for an administration fee they charge upfront. There is no respect for the customer.

Complex is very clean and peaceful. Staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Maintenance team are always on top of the repair requests. A great place to live !
