This was my first studio apartment away from home for college and I had the absolute best experience living here! I miss it already! The location is convenient for FSU students who enjoy walking to campus and attending home games! I would walk to and from class everyday and always felt safe! Kendahl and Guy were incredible and always made me feel taken care of and cared for. They treated me like family. Maintenance repairs were swift, on time, and communication was excellent! Words cannot even explain how grateful I am for this place. With it being family owned, they truly made it feel like my second home. AND THE POOL IS AMAZING !!

By far my best experience with a apartment complex. Because it is family owned and operated. It is walking distance to Doak stadium and FSU! Price is fair, Maintenance was done in great timing! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
