Where do I even begin?? To start off, I believe that this entire complex needs to be rebuilt and new management needs to come in to fix the many problems this place has. When we first moved in, we noticed that the apartment was infested with roaches. They were all over the floor, dead, before we could even bring in our furniture. I do not recall in the past year of living here of seeing a pest control rep or even a truck to show that they were trying to control the roach problems. I have heard from many neighbors in different buildings having problems with the roaches, with some of them even coming out of the outlets. Next, these apartments are not worth the rent prices. Many of our outlets were completely shot, cabinets/drawers broken or falling to the floor when opened. You can’t even enjoy having your windows open because they refuse to fix the ripped screens. Oh, and please don’t fall for the “renovations”. The renovations are just them taking carpet out and painting over wood cabinets that you can still see the original color to. Those two things equal rent prices going up $300-$400? Yeah right. I’m about 50/50 on the front office ladies. When talking to Sharonda and Christi, they are very friendly and listen to what you have to say but there’s no action to be done on anything. We had an incident Christmas morning with a neighbor and the neighbor actually tried running up on my boyfriend to get into our apartment and a girl that we had taken in because she was scared of them. Sharonda listened to us explain the incident and knew of these neighbors having multiple complaints. We wanted out of our lease three months early because of the uncertainty of the neighbors and overall, the environment of the complex and our apartment. She said there’s nothing she could do other than have us pay $3000 early move out fee on top of rent and other fees. It makes no sense for us to have to pay move out fees because other neighbors are causing trouble, especially since I felt in danger Christmas morning. Police were called and nothing was done. If you pay attention to the property, look at how many times there are police there because of issues. If you ever try to call the front office, forget about it. At any time of their work day, they do not answer the phones. If they don’t answer the phones, what’s your other option? Going in the front office but here’s the thing, they are either never there or have the closed sign up when they are in there. No matter the time of day, I have seen that closed sign up more than I have seen them open. The amenities of this place suck. When we first moved in, the pool was open until dusk. As time went on into summer, wed were notified that the pool was only to be opened during office hours. For those who work a full-time job, you can almost never use the amenities until Saturdays during their open time. A few individuals who through objects into the pool ruined it for the rest of the community. These are the same amenities you are paying for every month, that is supposed to be split amongst all residents. Our share of the amenity bill kept going up because people are moving out left and right to get away from this place. I understand that we should pay a portion of the bill, but why is it my fault that people are moving out because of MANAGEMENT issues and lack of upkeep? If you have a pet, make sure you have your pet deposit or ESA letter in your records because they will for sure try to charge you for that when you move out. Management was made well aware and paid for the pets we had in our apartment, but still are trying to charge us $300 for an unauthorized pet. Also, don't even bother trying to call ZRS. They are no help as well. With all of this in mind, I would stay the hell away from here. There is a great lack of communication, accountability, and cleanliness at this place. Take your money somewhere else with a better peace of mind of where you are living.

I moved out of this location on March 7th, in which I was charged until the 17th during the move out. Not once when we originally moved into this apartment where we notified that you couldn’t get a security deposit back!this place is a scam!! We were notified thru our final statement that the full floooring needed to be replaced, and Christi excuse was every 5 years the flooring needs to be replaced even tho our pics don’t show any vinyls stripped or coming up! I repeat be very careful with this business they are full of trickery. To notify finally at time of move out that we won’t receive our 1250 deposit back because it’s a third party even for? In which we never got an option to pay them the 1250 straight cash deposit. They only offer Jeddy a third party, which doesn’t give u your total deposit back! This is a pyramid scheme. To only give one option for a security deposit and not return it is pure evil and there will be grievances filed with better business bearua for trickery!

Management is the worst. There was mold coming through our vents. It’s mold in the cabinets that they just spray with some spray paint. I’m sure most of the apartments are moldly! My kids stayed sick while we lived there. Tubs were cracked when we moved in and got worse throughout the time being there. They are trying to charge for a cleaning fee mind you we left it cleaner than they gave it to us. Sharonda is rude. I would never recommend this to anyone! Not to mention they have roach issues!!
