This apartment complex is extremely overpriced for what it provides. With no amenities, a shared laundry room with machines that do not work and arenβt cleaned (that you also have to pay for), no weather stripping on doors (huge cracks that let bugs in and AC out), only half of the windows having screens (I guess they couldnβt decide if they wanted screens on their windows or not), and a maintenance and management team that do virtually nothing, this complex is not what you pay for. They are trying to βrebrandβ with their βnew management,β but they continue with the same behaviors as the reviews state 5 years ago. If you have a maintenance request, everything is on βback orderβ with no real updates or information regarding your request. I have had this hole in my ceiling for 4 months due to the shower leaking, (which they groaned and complained about having to fix), and they still have not come to patch it up. I understand it not being at the top of the list as it would be for βcosmeticβ or βaestheticβ reasons, but if they pride themselves on βnew managementβ and being βbetter,β they would at least humor me with a pretend effort for caring for their current residents instead of trying to fill this place up with new signers.

I've been living at this property for 4 months & what stands out most aside from updated interiors and exterior landscaping is this: peace and quiet. Most apartment complexes I've lived in have HUGE noise issues.. not here. Mindful tenants = comfortable living. New ownership and management clearly have their ish together.. and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend.

So happy with my interactions with the management team here. Breanna was kind and helpful while giving us a walkthrough of the townhomes they had. She answered all of our questions and explained everything. The area is so nice and just down the street from my favorite coffee shop!

We moved into our apartment signing an "as is" lease. Since the new management, things are looking better and definitely looking up.

I wish I would've never signed the lease & lived there. The apartments were in terrible shape & it takes forever to get them to fix things. Water ran through the ceiling the first time the toilet was flushed. They repaired the toilet through the ceiling & it took them a long time to finally come and close a big hole they left in the ceiling. The second floor was so weak in some areas I was worried that I would fall through. They had lots of termites. We could hear them running through the walls at night. Rent was all paid on time & apartment was clean when I left. They didn't give my deposit back & said I owed them almost $1,500 for repairs. I know when I was living there they were doing that to almost everyone so they would have money to try to fix up the apartments. That is the only thing on my credit report & I'm not about to pay money to such terrible people just to keep my credit record good. They're also very rude people. They've changed the name of the apartments at least twice because of so many bad reviews & keep coming & making comments on tenants reviews saying that those people are lying or they never heard of them. Why would tenants make up all that if they are good landlords. I found another place to live as quick as I could when my lease was out. It's not a good idea to rent there even if they have done improvements to the apartments. They wont do repairs & will scam you out of money any way they can. They'll be nice when you're looking for an apartment, but watch out after you sign the lease! The true people will come out.
