Lovely clean, quiet condos. Easy access to bus route on Kendall/88 th. Visiting without a car, so used publix transport.

This apartment complex is incredibly quiet, which is honestly one of my favorite things about it. You don’t hear loud music, people shouting, or unnecessary noise—it’s just peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood itself is also really nice and calm, adding to that overall sense of tranquility. They have a medium-sized, very basic swimming pool, but what I love is that it’s usually empty and always clean. If you’re someone who likes having the pool to yourself, this is a great spot. There’s also a jacuzzi, which sounds great in theory, but both times I tried using it, it was completely useless—the bubbles work, but it doesn’t heat up at all. So, it’s basically just a bubbly bathtub that’s the same temperature as the pool. The gym is small and basic, but honestly, it works. It’s divided into two sections—one for cardio and another for weight training and general exercises. Most of the time, it’s practically empty, with maybe one person on average using it, so you won’t have to fight for a treadmill. A huge plus? They have two massive tennis courts and plenty of guest parking, which is rare in some places. It’s located right behind Baptist Hospital, so it’s in a very convenient area. The buildings themselves definitely look old, but they’ve been well maintained, so while they have that older aesthetic, they’re in good condition overall.
