The service is Exelent and very Profesional the office personnel courteous and understanding, in general is a very good place to Lived-in also safe.

My first years at Villa patricia with the office employees was not so pleasent I have lived here going on over 10 yrs and the reason I am giving them a 5 stars is because of all the office and mainince employees have been a blessing compared to when I first moved in they have always went over and beyond to help me with what ever concerns I have had even down to maintenance if I could I would give them higher then just five stars thank you Villa Patrica.

It is a very nice place to live. Not only affordable but secure and well maintained. Two buildings for seniors and one for families. The leasing office team is always ready to assist and help you. The maintenance team is on top of the problems reported, which are resolved professionally and in a timely manner. The apartment is big enough for a couple; some of them have balconies. There's a parking building with no spots assigned; due to first come, first serve. To apply, just ask to be added to their waiting list. The office will call you when is your turn. You might be waiting, but it will be worth it.

The maintenance team integrated by Eddie, Omar and Jorge, that came today, Friday , January 12th, 2924, to work in the unit that I rent (901, Villa Patricia 2) was impressively amazing😍. They fixed a difficult electricity problem that I had in the kitchen, the sink, that it looks now like new and very beautiful, the water mixer in the shower, the toilet tank entrance of w water device that they changed for a new one and all the sealing of the bathtub, and more, including details that they find. They worked in remarkable admirable way. Furthermore, they were kind, quiet, attentive to my questions and concerns, and respectful and amicable towards me and between them all the time. The team of these three men works af if it were only one efficient person. I’m very grateful and happy because everything went out efficiently. I wonder if they are pay at least $25 per hour since they work so hard and are so skillful. It’s amazing to see how do they know about everything and how they have to resolve so much problems in our buildings… and some times they finish later than working hours to fix our problems. These guys are lovely 😊 🙏❤️

Living here for 4 years and I am extremely satisfied. Management has been great! I was very sad that Sue isn't here anymore. She was always helpful and caring. Kathy is always willing to help with anything. Some of these reviews are probably from tenants that I have seen being verbally aggressive with the staff because they are tenants that lack of manners, respect and class.
