I lived at University Park Studios for 3 years and never had any issues communicating with the office or maintenance. The office is always friendly and ready to help, and maintenance was so fast that they’d often be repairing the issue within the hour I submitted it! The location is absolutely perfect: close enough that I could bike to campus in less than ten minutes, but far enough away from midtown and 13th St. that it is very quiet. The counter space in the kitchen is small, but overall the apartment is well maintained with great amenities. Move-out was simple and I was refunded the deposit as promised. I only wish my current apartment’s office was as good as Trimark!

I currently live here and its great. It is relatively small but it is perfectly suitable for a college student. I have a small dining table, a large desk, a queen bed, a nightstand, and more furniture with more room to walk around. I have larger furniture but I know a few people that have futons in their apartment as well. The washer/dryer combo is convenient and I can get to campus on scooter within 3-4 minutes. I have had a few problems but the maintenance team is very quick and friendly. I am giving it a four because I wish I had a little bit more counter space in my kitchen but other than that, I am very happy.
