Stood right in front of the security guard and asked a question. Ignored. Phone in hand, eyes down. Lobby was empty — no excuse.

Moved in this month and have nothing but positive feedback. I was given a tour on short notice then dealt with everything remotely, and still the process was smooth & easy. Hannah has been amazing, answering all my questions and giving great advice about the property & surrounding areas along the way. We’re located centrally to just about anything you could want to do in Miami. Amazing food on every block in every direction. Luxury amenities. Friendly community. Secure & safe with 24/7 security. Truly everything you could ask for & need in a place to live. I’ve been very impressed and truly happy with my decision to live at Uni. Biggest shoutout to the management team & all the staff who have made a new Floridian feel right at home!

Beautiful space. Awesome location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Front office/Management, Security and even the building service guys all went out of there way to make move in easy and smooth. Kudos!!!
