I wanted to thank the employee Antonio Holmberg for making my visit to The Retreat at Tampa a great experience. , he was welcoming, very professional, and extremely helpful when I needed help with possibly signing a lease. He took the time to answer every question I had and made the process pretty quick. Because of the help he provided I’ll actually be living there soon.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve lived in a worse apartment complex. Live here if you want to spend hundreds of dollars in getting towed, and maintenance that either doesn’t come and fix problems, or comes and fixes them maybe a month or two later. None of my friends or people I know who live in the USF area deal with these problems and I am definitely moving somewhere else. Do NOT live here
