The Linx Apartments

I’ve lived at The Linx Apartments for the past five years, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The property is always well-maintained, and the maintenance team, especially Jose, deserves special recognition for their quick response times, professionalism, and attention to detail. Any time I submitted a request, it was handled promptly and efficiently. Ms. Patty, my leasing agent, has been exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding throughout my time here. She always made the leasing process smooth and took the time to answer any questions I had. It’s clear that the management team genuinely cares about their residents and works hard to create a positive living experience. Overall, I’ve truly enjoyed my time at The Linx Apartments and am grateful for how well the community is managed. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and well cared for place to call home.

My move-in experience was very clear and pleasant at the Linx Apartments. They explained all the need to know factors to me as I asked my questions before receiving the key, and I was even surprised to find a welcome gift waiting for me inside my apartment once I entered. All the neighbors were very nice and receptive to me as well. So far everything has been exactly how I expected and more.

I have live at the linx since 2015 i seen a lot of changes here mostly good . Office staff top notch maintenance well trained and completes jobs everyone treating fairly .close to usf and multiple hospitals such as advent, vamc,moffitt nearby shopping for groceries and most services like beauty multipleshops etci just renewed my lease for my 10 th year easy to do best place to live.

I was in the market for an apartment and I stopped in the management office and was treated horrendously. Iwas given the cold shoulder and quickly told they didn't have vacancies. The male leasing person was unprofessional and short and didn't seem to want to answer my questions. After a few minutes he stated , I would be in a competition to get an apartment which floored me. A competition, I have never heard of such a thing. While all this was going on, a lady in the office, I am assuming the office manager didn't even say hello or offered another reasoning. Then the agent said, Let me give you a pricing sheet as if I couldn't afford their apartments. I immediately say that's okay, put their flyer back on the table and left the premise. I felt as if I was racially discriminated . I would not recommend this complex to anyone. In this time and age, housing racism still exist and people do not stand up and call it out. This place is HORRIBLE!!

We love The Linx! We moved from out of state without previously visiting the property (relying heavily on reviews) and the management team was incredibly helpful and made the application/moving process a breeze. The complex is very peaceful, the pools are always clean, and the staff are so nice. The maintenance is top tier as well! All of our requests have been resolved in less than 24 hours. In previous apartments, we have had packages stolen from our porch, so we also really appreciate "The Linx Hub" which is a locker system used to securely receive packages via a barcode/code. We just resigned our lease and are looking forward to another great year here :)
