Thank you so much Rachel for all your amazing help. Im so happy to be moving to Courtyatds at Miami lakes. You have been very attentive and easy to work with. Rachel is amazing!!

I've been living here for about a month and a half and it's been a really lovely experience so far. My biggest draw to this place aside from the price was the attentiveness of the staff on property, particularly Rachel. I moved here from 4 hours away and she was so helpful during the whole process of moving, answered all my questions and made sure I was never missing any paper work. All in all, I think its a great, calm community.

Living at Courtyard at Miami Lakes has been a pleasant experience. The girls at the leasing office are so nice. My kids love getting coloring pages from Rachel all the time. The maintenance team are very helpful and kind. They always keep the property clean and pretty.

Rachel was such a blessing to work with! She made everything so easy and stress-free, and she truly made me feel comfortable and at home throughout the whole process. Her kindness, patience, and care meant so much — I could tell she really wanted the best for me. Thanks to her, I found the perfect place at the perfect time. I’m beyond grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her more!

I love it here, peaceful and quiet. Victoria is a sweetheart and helped me with every step. Rachel is always gracious and kind and ready to help. I like my neighbors, we all mind our business and keep to ourselves which is perfect.
