Let me start off by saying the leasing office STAFF is wonderful. STAFF is the key word. Hailey is the goat. She was super helpful and tried the best she could. Ananya was also very helpful. Now CORTAVIOUS on the other hand... dude has problems. He is the MANAGER of this place and is the least professional dude ever. Super unhelpful with the reletting process and caused me so much stress and made this a huge waste of my time. I am a student that was literally almost stranded homeless in Miami because of him. Not because I couldn't pay rent. It's because he's petty with a crazy attitude. I left a bad review after some sassiness on the phone and he took it so personally he decided to leave a 20 year old kid with no place to live. I had all the rent money and even offered extra. If you really wanna live here, try to coordinate with the staff and try to avoid that dude. Talk to Hailey or Ananya. And PSA to anyone out there who has had a bad experience here. Leave a bad review AFTER you have left, not before. He will hold it against you.

I have to say... The Cloisters Miami feels like a hidden gem for students. I have been looking around at different apartments in the Coral Gables area and I wanted to stop by The Cloisters to possibly get the rundown of different amenities, layouts, and more. The office people were incredibly inviting and helpful. A young lady, Hailey, let me tour one of their apartments for viewing, provided me snacks, water, and answered a lot of my questions in detail. I haven't always had the best luck with landlords and/or apartment complex staff, but this experience was different. If you have questions, I would recommend you stop by and chat with them! I was pleasantly surprised.

This place looks like a resort. It has a beautiful landscape and brings a tropical environment. My floor to ceiling window is awesome. Hailey in the office was very kind and attentive on multiple occasions and Johnny has been great for all my maintenance needs.
