Residents beware! If you have an important package or Amazon prime delivery for same day. Expect it to be delayed! Management or office members don’t have any regard or helpfulness to let Amazon drivers in to deliver packages. I’m sure multiple residents have been punished for this. Called Amazon and stated access code wasn’t working. They could’ve at least help the driver come into the complex. They told him to return the packages. SO UNREAL and INCONSIDERATE!

My husband and I moved to this beautiful apartment after we got married, this place we got to experience so much beauty and calm!
We lived here for four years, and we enjoyed every single bit of it, from the clubhouse, facilities, with the gym, to the beautiful greenery, and beautiful pool!
I want to thank the team at the Avenue for all their help, the service we have experience here has been exceptional! The team always helped us, and their service has always been very very fast!

I’ve been a resident here for well over a year and Nick at the leasing office is phenomenal to work with. I initially signed a lease with him and was pleased with how the process went. Continuing to work with him as a resident I consistently felt supported with any questions, concerns and / or maintenance requests etc. He follows through with all requests promptly. His level of professionalism and communication is hard to find. I truly hope the entire staff works to mirrors his actions.

After our original building maintenance manager left Sergio has been our go to request. Approachable, polite, & efficient with any requests we have come up.

I’ve been living at this community since 2018. Recently, I moved from one building to another, and we had an issue with our washer, and Sergio came to help fix the washer he was prompt and very nice and professional, and the next day delivered us another washer and it works perfectly. Thank you so much for this amazing service
