Great place to live if you are looking an affordable place in great location. Location is amazing, just 1 minutes from palmetto and 5 minutes from turnpike. Community is walking distance from Miami dade college Kendall campus. There a lot of parking spaces, community has good size pool, jakuzzi, tennis court, kids play area. Management is inside the community during business hours. Manager suykeng is an amazing lady who is always trying to help you. I recommend everyone this place.
