The management at this place is extremely unprofessional. Jheison specifically does not handle situations properly and the communication is terrible. They do not answer phone calls, they avoid giving clear information, and everything feels disorganized and poorly managed. Honestly, it seems like things are done carelessly instead of professionally. The property does not appear to be well supervised, and residents’ concerns are not taken seriously. I am very disappointed with the way this place is managed and how people are treated.

The place seriously needs a new manager. Jeisson specifically does not know how to treat people professionally. He is rude, they rarely answer the phone, they do not give clear answers, and the overall customer service experience has been very disappointing. I tried to handle the situation respectfully, but instead of receiving help, I felt ignored and frustrated. Management and communication at this place need major improvement.

This place needs a new management ASAP. They never pick up the phone nor return the calls and when they finally do, they give you some bs answers. When you go to the office you have to deal with the assistant manager’s dismissive and condescending attitude. Maintenance is just as bad, they just put bandaids on everything and never fix the real issues. Trash left everywhere in the buildings. Dog poops everywhere on the lawns, it’s disgusting. The elevator and the stairs are like a bio hazard because they stink so bad, it’s like pee and feces mixed with trash. I’ve never seen something quite like this before. They will cut the water at least twice a month without any prior notice, even when you pay your bills right on time. The neighbors be playing loud music even at night that you can barely hear yourself think. It’s a hot mess and rent at your own risk.

The is a major Harassment and disrespect issue with the overnight security guard. I will be reporting him to his company immediately. There is also an Hispanic lady feeding stray cats on a daily.
