Been here for over 3 years already and since 2023 this place went down in basic services such as pool and laundry. Pools have been close from 2023-2024, and you get no response from main office, they charge you a lot and don't even get the right basic services included like pool. There are only 3 pools and all have been closed for 1 year so far.

Would give zero stars if I could. The association is a mess, and they are constantly changing the rules and regulations. The security on staff are unhelpful and the office staff has a long history of being rude. If you’re visiting a family member have fun getting your vehicle towed (even if parked in a visitor spot). They have outdated roofing (my particular building had no shingles for months during hurricane season), the fences look like they are falling apart and sidewalks need to be repaved in many areas. Unfortunately, have been living here for over 25 years and we own. PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE. All in all this place is awful solely because of the management.

I've never lived here, but based on the reviews alone I now know I do not want to.. I was willing to pay a good amount of $$$ for a 12 month lease, but these helpful reviews have helped me changed my mind. Thank God.. To summarize, it looks like they pay people or something to make this place sound great in just a handful of reviews (One being a realtor themselves). According to many of the latest reviews, they tow your car if parked in a guest parking only after 2-3 hours and this actually seems like the most persistent issue. Another being mice/rats... I'm good

I really like this condo. My in-laws live there and are very happy. It is well-maintained and the security personnel is very nice. I feel like parking is not an issue and the location is also great. Pretty good place to live and /or invest in, if you ask me.

Good experience I must say. I lived there for about five years until 2013 I bough my place. What make a huge difference on this condos is the management. Not in my case because the owner of the unit I lived in was an excellent landlord, you can go to the office if the landlord is not helping and they help you. Lots of other places n the area do not have an in site office or security. The place is clean, safe, and the location cannot be better. not sure about other comments about noises coming from the ceiling because the buildings are just two floors and if you live in the first floor your ceiling is concrete. nice place loved it.
