Shalimar at Davie

I have lived at Shalimar for two years and do not have one bad thing to say about this apartment complex. I have lived at several apartments and this one has been outstanding. The units are well-kept and rarely have any issues-if there is anything we need the maintenance team is right on it and quickly fixes it. The management team, especially Jason, are super kind and go above and beyond for the residents. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. I have had several family members live here and they would all say the same thing and reccommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Davie.

I have lived here for a month now and I can tell you that my experience exceeds the five stars. To begin Jason is simply phenomenal. He is so attentive and caring and really works to help you find your perfect home within this community. The neighbors are friendly packages are delivered to a great Luxor system the gym is top-tier and the community as a Whole is always very clean maintenance request get taken care of so fast Like nothing I’ve seen in any other community. I can’t remember the last time I saw so many kids playing outside. It’s a community filled with People From all walks careers And feels very safe. The location is great easily accessible with the mall less than 15 minutes away. Shopping plaza is close by and conveniently located next to a target and a Publix. The resident portal makes it easy to submit request pay rent and communicate with staff. I also love that this community. Has events like food trucks, making it even more engaging for the residents. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home in Davie.

Shalimar at Davie was truly the most wonderful living experience I could have asked for. From the friendly and attentive office staff to the reliable and caring maintenance team, and even the welcoming neighbors, every aspect of this community offers something special. The attention and care taken with the property make it stand out as more than just a place to live—it truly feels like home. I had the pleasure of calling Shalimar home for almost four years, and I already miss it. Jason in the leasing office is the absolute best! So accommodating and happy! The maintenance staff, especially Johnny, are phenomenal! They keep the property clean and well maintained. The community is quiet and safe! I love living at Shalimar!

It’s very rare to find an apartment community that genuinely cares about their tenants, but Shalimar is that hidden gem. The maintenance and leasing staff are efficient and amazing. The community is super clean. They power wash the floors and common areas every month, they have free coffee/tea available for residents in their clubhouse, they host holiday events. I could go on forever. I’ve been living here since 2022, and I feel so proud to be able to call this community my home.
