I'm commenting on the negative review above i have rented 3 different apartments at San Sebastian and have known Nora over seven years and i can tell you she is all business anyone can have a bad day overall she gets it done that's what is important i never had a problem with them I'm back after 15 years for my fourth unit and could not be more happy.George

I went today to this place to know how much is to get in. The old lady who is charged or “manager lease” was sarcastic, rude & SO ARROGANT. She said her name was “Nora” I was disappointed of this place for having these type of people working for the public.. DISGUSTING WOMAN

A truly beautiful historic building with exceptional maintenance and office staff. Convenient location to everything in Coral Gables, as well as Coconut Grove and South Miami.

We lived in San Sebastian for 9 years. The only reason we moved was because we were having a child and needed a house and yard. It's a lovely and quiet place to live in. Great neighbors, perfect location and an amazing management team and working crew. Always on top of any situation and very friendly. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone!

I wanted to share what a great place San Sebastian is to live. We have lived here for over 7 years and have been very happy living here. The management is excellent. The property manager Nora is incredibly helpful, attentive and is always on top of things. She has resolved a few issues (normal wear & tear) right away and has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend San Sebastian. Besides the great location, it is quiet and very well maintained by management.
