Riverhouse at 11th Apartments

I lived here for 18 months and it was the best renting experience I had in Miami. It was spacious, clean, a relatively walkable area (proximity to river landing mall, pharmacies, health district, etc), didn't require you to have tandem parking if you had roommates with vehicles, and the leasing agents were great. Many tenants have dogs here but I never ran into pet waste in the hallways/elevators or smelled odors on the outside as is common in other apartments with a heavy pet owner demographic. I highly recommend this complex!

You'll receive the best service, the best sensory experience (the building smells amazing!), and it's full of fantastic amenities 👌🏾👌🏾
