Residences at SoMi Parc

these apartments should not have been built the rent went up crazy since being moved in , its always loud its cheaply built , cant even use the park thats built with it bc they use it for the students across the street at the school what exactly are we paying for no one likes to fix things . no wonder the 2nd part is not being built it should be left as is an empty lot this was not thought through enough . south miami is not brickell stop trying to force it .

because staff is rude/no one fixes broken stuff plus there's wrong a stuff about the building like I heard fire alarms going off back in July or June plus we have to pay almost 3k dollars and other people say that this place is one of the worst places to stay and giving us 30% more of rent we even have a plan that helps us but they continue raising the price plus this place is dirty

I really like the building itself and appreciate knowing that my car is safe in the secure parking garage, but I've rarely called the office and have my call picked up. The office is often closed by the time I get home from work and when I can't reached them over the phone, that's a huge problem for me.

I love living here they really take time out with you too help and listen to youthis is a very beautiful gorgeous place to live

Is very good location to live , very glamorous social areas , comfortable apartment distribution , and more important very kind people works there
